Warrior I

With an exhale, step three and a half to four feet apart. Raise your arms perpendicular to the floor, also make sure they are parallel to each other. Keep your head straight. Breath.

2. Warrior II

From the standing position, with an exhalation step three and a half to four feet apart. Raise your arms parallel to the floor and then reach them out to the sides. Keep your shoulder wide. Your palms should face down.

3. Reclining Head-to-big-toe

Lie on the floor with legs extended. Breathe out, bend the left knee and bring the thigh into your chest. Straighten your knee while holding your toe. Press the front of the right thigh to the floor. Fell the stretch and breath!

4. Revolved Head-to-Knee

Start from the sitting pose, breath in and open your legs into a wide straddle. Keep your spine straight. Fold in your right leg while keeping the left leg extended. Turn your torso to the right. Reach with your left arm the extremity of your left foot. Exhale and bend your torso to the left. Keep your chest facing forward. Extend your right arm to the ceiling and then reach the left toe. Repeat the same pose with the opposite side or with somebody similar to the Yoga New Tab extension picture suggests. It can be really fun and you’ll feel amazing.

5. Easy Pose

Sit still, stretch your legs in front of your torso. Cross your shins, widen your knees, and slip each foot beneath the opposite knee. Keep a nice and straight position. Relax your knees. Inhale and exhale. Wish everyone to be healthy, wealthy and happy in this world. Namaste!
